By creating an account, accessing the 111pub platform, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered by 111pub, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Each eligible user may register only one (1) account on 111pub. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

111pub is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts prior to enabling real-money transactions. You agree to submit any documentation reasonably requested by 111pub to verify your identity, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., UMID, Driver's License, Passport, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, or Voter's ID)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 111pub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.

All financial transactions on 111pub are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 111pub supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, and select Philippine bank transfer services including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds you deposit are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.

Withdrawals are processed only to verified accounts and to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where operationally feasible. 111pub reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. • Colluding with other players, dealers, or platform staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at 111pub staff or other players via any platform communication channel.
• Using another person's account or payment method without their explicit consent.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access your account or use the platform under your credentials.

All content on the 111pub platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game software, text, and all other materials — is the proprietary property of 111pub and/or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 111pub content without prior written consent.

The 111pub name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of 111pub. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 111pub, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Technical failures, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own failure to maintain account security.

111pub's total liability to any individual player for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

111pub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your use of the platform constitutes your consent to our data processing practices as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.

Upon account closure by either party, any remaining balance in your wallet (after accounting for any forfeited funds under these Terms) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of 111pub, we encourage you to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team via the live chat function or by emailing [email protected]. Our support team aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 7 business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's regulatory framework governing online gaming operators in the Philippines.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 111pub operates under a valid license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

111pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
